The NMJ-morph assessment package comprises: (1) a sample image bank containing twenty example NMJ confocal images (.lsm file format) (2) a reference guide spreadsheet produced from the sample image bank (3) a blank spreadsheet for training and data collection (4) the image bank has been provided in .tif format, to allow users without access to confocal microscopy software to view the images. |
